I usually see my clients for 45-50 minute sessions. My fee is 130 dollars per session for individuals and 160 dollars per session for couples. I have been trained in both Level 1 and 2 of the Gottman Method for couples work, and see couples as private pay only. I am currently in network for individual therapy with Aetna, Cigna and UHC through Alma. I am also a provider for Medicare. Out of network clients should check with their insurance company about their OON benefits and I can provide superbills for them to submit.

The frequency of counseling sessions depends on your individual needs and goals. Some clients may benefit from weekly sessions, while others may need bi-weekly or monthly sessions.
